1. Nature of Services

    •    Wellbeing Art Therapy provides art therapy sessions focused on Employee Well-being and Mother-Child Dyad.

    •    Sessions are available face-to-face or online via Zoom.

    •    Art therapy is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

 

2. Booking & Payments

    •    Sessions must be booked in advance via the website or by contacting us directly.

    •    Payment is required before the session to confirm the booking.

    •    Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Online Payment Platforms (e.g., PayPal, SquareUp, etc.).

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    Face-to-Face Sessions:

    •    Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

    •    Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee.

    Zoom Sessions:

    •    Clients must ensure a stable internet connection.

    •    No refunds for technical issues on the client’s end.

    •    If technical issues arise from the therapist’s end, a rescheduled session will be provided.

 

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

    •    All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except:

          •   If required by law.

          •   If there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

          •   Online sessions are not recorded unless agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

    •    Clients are expected to participate willingly and respectfully.

    •    Clients must inform the therapist of any medical or psychological conditions that may affect the session.

 

6. Limitations of Liability

    •    Wellbeing Art Therapy is not liable for any emotional distress, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in sessions.

    •    Art therapy is a complementary practice and should not replace medical or psychological care.

 

7. Intellectual Property

    •    Any materials, worksheets, or exercises provided during the session are for personal use only and cannot be distributed or sold.

 

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

    •    These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
