About Support Group

Weekly Support Group for Adult Children of Manipulative Parents

You are not alone — and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself.

Growing up with a manipulative parent can leave lasting emotional impacts — from self-doubt and guilt to difficulty setting boundaries and trusting others.

This group offers a safe, understanding space where you can connect with others who truly understand what you’ve been through.
